Rescheduled Regular April Commission Meeting 6PM (Virtual Meeting)

Due to COVID-19 and Florida’s Executive Order 20-69, all interested persons are advised that the City Commission will have a virtual meeting on April 29, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Some or all Commissioners, staff, and presenters may appear at the meeting via computer or telephone, which was authorized by the Governor in Executive Order 2020-69 (Emergency Management – COVID -19 – Local Government Public Meetings). The meeting will only have an audio feed, but the meeting will still be available to be viewed via YouTube on the City's YouTube channel. As such, any presentation materials should be provided to the City at braddatz [at] cityofsab.org by Friday, April 24, 2020 no later than 3:00 p.m. to have them available for the Commissioners to view for the meeting. 

CDC recommended guidelines for managing potential exposure to Covid-19/Coronavirus will be followed.  The public is encouraged to participate remotely by submitting their questions and comments via email to braddatz [at] cityofsab.org by Friday, April 24, 2020 no later than 3:00 p.m.  Email questions will be sent to the Commission before the meeting and be added to the public record.  Please limit comments to no more than 400 words which is in excess of the number of words which can be spoken in 3 minutes.    

Due to COVID-19, there will be no seating available within the room. Public Comment is highly encouraged to be done via email. Public Comment will be allowed. The meeting will be broadcast outside the City Building. The public will be allowed to come into the City Building one at a time to make their public comments.. Anyone who attends should maintain a distance from others in excess of six feet at all times.  No supporting documents will be allowed unless provided to the City via email to braddatz [at] cityofsab.org by Friday, April 24, 2020 no later than 3:00 p.m.
